Its my great pleasure that I extend my warmest greetings and invitation to all the officers, members, past presidents and past national officers of Junior Chamber International Philippines of Area 3 ( Southern Luzon Jaycees ) for the upcoming celebration of our 27^th Southern Luzon Area Conference on September 7 – 9 2007 at Legazpi City .

With the pride of being the “ Haligue “ of the Jaycee organization specially in Area 3 , allow me to congratulate our host LOM JCI Legazpi and JCI Legazpi Dawani for a very wonderful and exciting preparation of our 27th SOLAC and I for myself as the conference chairman proudly saying to everybody that this will be a great , successful , memorable and fun reunion of LEADERS.

To our LOM Presidents in Area 3 , lets be ready to have fun and celebrate all the hardwork we have done for the advancement , meaningful and success of our JCI and also we will assure you that our members will be more active and will be given an opportunity to gather , to exchange views , establish and renew friendships and continue their individual development through various leadership programs.

For this year NOM Theme , we will be guided by our principle “ BE BETTER “ to be led by our Area Conference working committee headed by Conference Director JCI Member Martin Reynoso and host LOM President Luis Bello my deepest congratulations in advance and good luck for accepting the responsibility and challenges to continue accomplishments , support and JAYCEEISM in Area 3 , specially to our National Organization JCI – Philippines .
